Criteria for waste sorting
The Danish Waste Association, Local Government Denmark and the Danish Environment Protection Agency (EPA) has collaborated with the Danish waste sector to develop common criteria for waste sorting for 12 different fractions of household waste. Common criteria making waste sorting easier for the citizens.
Simultaneously, the common criteria secures uniform fractions which are easier to recycle.
The critierias has been consolidated in the EPAs guidelines for waste sorting - find them here.
